• Got a Tipila, google, windows live or facebook account ?

When there is a + sign in the path section url, the IIS 7 sends an HTTP 404 error. ex: tipila.com/tips/a+b

Add the following to resolve the issue, to root web.config

          <requestFiltering allowDoubleEscaping="true" />

Note however replacing space with a + sign is not valid in the path section of the url. Space should be encoded as %20. In asp.net use HttpUtility.UrlPathEncode method encode the path correctly. Use the above fix if you want to allow + sign to have its literal meaning in the url.
